Shade's House

"I'm bored..." Shade sighed.

Akira looked around the room, and saw Lunar come down the stairs and into the kitchen. Lunar sat beside Akira's feet.

Shade was reminded of something. His eyes changed to red again.

Akira looked down at Lunar, then up at Shade again and saw that his eyes were red again, and wondered what he was thinking about.

Shade whispered something to himself. His fangs grew.

Akira's eyes widened as she stared at his fangs, trying to hold back her fear.

He picked up a mirror to see how long they were, and then retracted them again, putting down the mirror.

Akira blinked a couple of times. She really wanted to know what he was thinking.

Shade walked upstairs and into the bedroom again.

Akira watched him as he walked up the stairs. She looked down at the floor, remembering last night.. when they kissed. She walked into the living room and sat down on the couch, waiting for Shade to come back down.

Shade came back with Akira's clothes. He put them on her lap.

Akira looked down at her clothes and then back up at Shade.

Shade went into another room.

Akira went to the bathroom and changed into her clothes, and put her long, silver hair into a ponytail, then stepped out of the bathroom. She looked at the clothes that she had borrowed from Shade and wondered what she should do with them.

Shade came out wearing different clothes.

Akira saw Shade and walked up to him. "This is yours." She said, passing him his clothes that she had borrowed.

"Thanks." Shade said, taking the clothes. He put them on the counter for now.

Akira looked at Shade, and couldn't help but smile.

Shade went into the living room and plopped down on the couch. He yawned and turned on the TV.

Akira hesitated a bit, but then quickly following Shade and sitting beside him.

In the vampire woods, it was still dark because the thick trees blocked the sun. Shade's house was one of the only houses there, but he liked it that way. Not many people go to the forest, therefore it's nice and quiet... and dark. Shade opened the blinds and the window to let a cool air in. Moonlight instantly jumped onto the windowsill to sit down and look at the darkness outside.
Shade turned to Akira. "Where do you live?" He asked.

"I live in an abandoned house, near a path in the bushes beside this forest. It's the best I could find, since I don't have money." She answered.

"Interesting." Shade said.

Akira nodded. "I never got the chance to say this yet, but I really like your house!" She said.

"Thanks." Shade said, smiling.
