The sun was high in the sky as the carnival was kicking into full gear. Several rides were up and running, including the very famous Ferris Wheel which was lit up in several bright colors all thanks to a couple of volunteer light casters that wanted to put on a spectacular show this year. All kinds of booths and stands were filled to the brim with prizes including stuffed animals from a couple inches tall to ones that were 6 feet tall. The smell of cotton candy filled the air along with all kinds of sugary sweets as well as the ever-needed hotdogs, nachos, and other junk foods. Let's just say this place was decked out for an awesome fair-ish party.
Jason had arrived quite early in the day with a smile on his face. He had always loved to come to Tide Side. It was actually one of his favorite places because he could let go of all of his worries, although since today was a special day, he was even more exhilarated for the rides and games. When he finally got through the gate and into Tide Side, he gasped. "Wow..." He said as he looked around at all the sights and sounds. This was going to be an amazing day.
Casey arrived shortly after Jason did, walking through the gate with a small smile on his face. It had been quite some time since he had come here, and he wasn't too sure why, but he knew he missed it. It was so much fun to just sit on the Ferris Wheel and watch the sun set later in the afternoon, although today he knew he was going to truly have some fun for he had brought some extra money to spend on games and such. The only problem was that he had no idea what he was going to do with the prizes if he ever won anything. Unfortunately, poor Casey is forever alone ;u;
