Memories (Leo and Akuma)

Akuma just only shrugged and looked out of the window.

Leo just sat quietly till the food came.

The waitress came back with their order, placed it on their table and walked away.

Akuma stared down. "These are.. burger and fries?" She asked.

"Yeah. you eat them like this." Leo said before gving an example, makeing sure to show her to swallow, a concept that he as a vampire never really understood untill the strange phenominon of late.

"I know how to eat. I've just never eaten anything other than grey muck." She replied as she cautiously examined the burger in her hand, and then took a bite.

"Oh I'm sorry. I didn't really know, I meen I didn't really even know how to eat untill lately. Normally I just bite down on a transfusion bag when I'm hungry or kill a squirl." Leo explained feeling stupid now.

Akuma chewed, and her eyes opened wide. "Wow, this is really good." She said while swallowing.

Leo chuckled, "I see you like it. be cafreful not to choke though." He replied.

"Hmph. I'm not a child or anything." She said stubbornly as she chowed down the rest of her burger.

"Just saying, I would rather not have to give you mouth-to-mouth but I will if I have to." Leo replied, his tone had a hint of seductivness in it.

Akuma looked down and blushed at the thought. "W-Whatever." She mumbled.

Leo chuckled a little bit, "How cute. I made you blush." Leo said, his tone a bit more seductive, altho he didn't realize it. He then began to eat a little himself.

Akuma took another bite, at the same time inhaling, and started to choke.

"Akuma? Are you ok?" Leo asked as he patted her on the back thinking that she was just having a coughing fit, but then he realized that she wasn't breathing after the coughing subsided and quickly put her on the floor and got ontop of her and bagan to give her mouth to mouth, realizeing that the heighmlich manuver wasn't going to work.

Akuma kept coughing until she coughed up the big chunk of meat, pushing Leo off of her. She looked down embarrassed that their lips touched.

Leo grabbed her by the shoulders and looked her in the eyes. "Akuma, are you ok?" He asked in a very serious tone.

Akuma didn't meet his eyes. "Y-yeah." She mumbled.

"Mabey we should go home." Leo replied as he picked her up bridal style

"W-Whatever." She mumbled, looking down to the ground.

"Where do you live Akuma?" Leo asked as he payed for the meal.

"At the hotel in Windtown." She replied.

"Ok, I'll stay with you thereyonight to make sure that you're ok. I won't take no for an answer, you still might have something in your lungs and if you do I want to be able you get you to the hospital as quickly as possible." Leo said as he carried her towards the hotel.

Akuma only stayed quiet, not looking at him the whole time.

Leo took Akuma up to her room and then began to search her pockets for the key card to the room. To anyone else it would have looked like her was feeling her up becase her had Akuma leaning against the door with one arm around her while he searched with his other hand, her embarassment not realy helping. After he found the key card he opened the door and carried her inside, then layed her in bed, under the covers.

"You know I could've done all of that myself." She grunted.
