| Ardere stood outside the school. It was dark and he liked it. It was better than anything else because darkness masked everything. You had to rely on hearing in darkness, which he was good at. | |

| Hikari walked alone down the street. She also liked the darkness. She liked it because of the mystery. You never know whats there and not. And how some people rely on the light. Hikari was always able to see in the dark. She loved it. | |

| Ardere also saw another figure following Hikari. It seemed to have more of a darker presence. He didn't like it. He could feel himself changing into his animal form. He growled softly. | |
