Personality: She's mostly bland, but open minded. When she has her mind set on something she does it no matter what. Chisa is quiet, but likes to fool around with people. Chisa seems almost like the opposite to her brother. She knows a lot for her age, and normally is the one watching out for her older brother.

Siblings?: Kukai
History: Chisa and Kukai were with her parents when her house burned down. Both of their parents died, but they somehow survied with what seemed no scars or heavy burns. A couple of days after, they lost their memories, but gained some weird powers. Some goverment officals found them, and took them to Skyshatter upon realizing their powers. Both siblings have no memory to their childhood, or even what their parents looked like.
