um... Alica has to be either human or elf. she can't be both ^^; as stated by admin in Rose's first suggestion topic~

Well she just looks like an elf (like just the elf ears), and then she's mostly human. D:

I know what the rules say, Elf or Human determins powers, not genes, but I guess in terms of powers she's a human, she just looks like an Elf because of her mother, and we were going to run this by Hika in the first place.

She can be a human with pointy ears. Since Lucy is an elf and all, I can understand why she would. But the only things that can be half-bloods are angels with dark angels and vampires wth humans.

Your forgeting that elfs are a seperate race intirely, were as Vimpires are a disease, but I guess it would just be simler to say Human, I put the Half-Blood thing because that's what Aki said when I asked her if Alica should be Human or Elf, I'm still keeping the titl though because I cant think of anything else that will fit. Thing is, we really do need a new template for babies.
